Fees, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Exactly what each engagement costs, when a booking is confirmed, and how cancellations, no-shows, and refunds work. Please read before you pay.

A booking is confirmed only after payment. Selecting a slot reserves it; the appointment is locked in once your payment is received. Charges below are exclusive of GST; 18% GST is added at checkout.

1. How We Engage — and What It Costs

AKRES offers four ways to engage. Only direct, named involvement from Anirudh — a paid consultation or a site visit — carries a fee. The free qualification call and the broker referral are free.

The qualification call is always free. A charge applies only when Anirudh personally speaks with you (consultation) or meets you (site visit). The broker-connect route is free to you — we are not paid by you for the referral.

2. When Your Booking Is Confirmed

For paid engagements (consultation or site visit), your slot is provisional until payment is completed. Once payment is received, the booking is confirmed and you will receive confirmation of the date, time, and joining or meeting details. An unpaid slot is not a confirmed appointment and may be released.

If you miss an appointment you have paid for, the following applies depending on the type of engagement:

The one-hour cancellation window in Section 3 always applies first: if you let us know more than an hour ahead, you are fully refunded and no penalty is charged. The penalties above apply only to genuine no-shows and last-minute drop-offs.

If you need to move your appointment rather than cancel it, reschedule more than one hour before the start time and your payment carries over to the new slot at no extra charge. A reschedule requested within the last hour, or a no-show, is treated under Section 4.

7. What the Fee Does and Does Not Cover

Paid consultations and site visits are structured risk-orientation engagements — not a substitute for independent legal, financial, valuation, or structural due diligence. Please see our Disclaimer for the full scope and limitations of each paid engagement.
